He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Barnard Oines and Margaret Oines (Larson); and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his former wife Judy Hawley; his wife Mildred Oines; his children, Ryan Oines (Renae) of Sioux Falls, SD, Christopher Oines (Jennifer) of Sioux Falls, SD and Amanda Lass (Jerry) of Brookings, SD; his grandchildren, Tori Bertelsen, Ryker Oines and Miranda Lass; and his brothers, Ronald Oines of Estelline, SD and Robert Oines (Marianne) of North Port, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Passing away peacefully at Good Samaritan Nursing home in Sioux Falls, with family by his side during the COVID-19 Lock Downs.
