He was predeceased by: his parents, George Linneman and Josephine Linneman (Loneman); his siblings, Mardell, Kenneth, Vincent, Marilyn, Edward and Darlene; his sisters-in-law, Maxine and Darlene; and his son-in-law Henry Pecheny.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley; and his children, David Linneman (Susan), Diane Pecheny and Douglas Linneman (Nancy). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (201 Eva Ave, Estelline, SD 57234). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
