She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Coughlin and Hazel Coughlin (McCaskell); her husband Hubert "Budd" Kazmerzak; her siblings, LeVere, Dale and Jean; and her stepmother Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Kazmerzak (Chris) of Sun Prairie, WI, Sally Wilkinson (Ed) of Erwin, SD, Douglas Kazmerzak (Carol) of Erwin, SD, Cathy Nelson (Ronald) of Lake Preston, SD and Beth Amor (Patrick) of Sioux Falls, SD; and her sister-in-law Pearl Coughlin. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; thirty-six great grandchildren.
