It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Tschetter of Emery, South Dakota, who passed away on May 10, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Tschetter and Rebecca Tschetter; his siblings, Andrew, Ernie Tschetter, Sara Hofer and Anna Waldner; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Hofer, Harry Waldner and Andy Maendel.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Wurtz of Glendale Colony; his daughters, Anita (John) and Debbie; his great grandchildren, Elias Decker, Carrie Stahl and Jenna Wipf; his children, Diane (David), Peter Jr. (Darlene), Glorie (Cornelius), Eve (Tim), Lana (Mark) and Nathan; and his siblings, Becky Maendel, Lena Hofe, Mary Wurtz (David), Henry (Ann), Jack (Lena) and Edward Tschetter (Hilda). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
