It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michelle Rae Stuefen of Elkton, South Dakota, born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on July 7, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin DeMarteleare and Betty Lou DeMarteleare; her son Travis Stuefen; her brother-in-law Dean Lang; her nephew Dave Rearrick; and her sister-in-law Paula Wiskur.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Stuefen; her children, Pennie Skime, Brittany Clark and Eric Stuefen; her grandchildren, Devin, Amaya, Eric Thomas, Jayleigh, Mackenzie, Matthew, Jeremiah, Jericho, Johanna, Josie, Leo and Eden; and her siblings, Georgia Lang, David DeMarteleare (Diane), Keith DeMarteleare (Linda) and Kevin DeMarteleare (Peggy Sue). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many "bonus" children.
