He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Perry and Mavis Perry of Acme, WV; and his siblings, Linda Smith of Acme, WV and David Perry of Acme, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca L. Perry; and his sister Sharra Hughes (Hayden) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
