With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Jane Chicoine of Elk Point, South Dakota, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on August 14, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Stanis R. Chicoine of Elk Point; her son-in-law Dr. R. Martin Kiernan; and her siblings-in-law, Marlyn Dessel and Loretta Chicoine. She is survived by: her children, Susan Kiernan of Castle Pines, Colo, Nancy Knott (Barry Mozlin) of Carlsbad, Patrick Chicoine (Ann) of Watertown, S. D., William Chicoine of Elk Point, Mary Johns (Michael) of St. Charles, Anthony Chicoine of Los Angeles, Robin Trainor (Stephen) of Shell Knob, Richard Chicoine of Port Clinton and Christie Chicoine of New York, N. Y; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Jane Dose of San Diego, Patricia Dessel of Simi Valley and Richard N. Chicoine of Glendale, Calif.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
