He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Mouw and Marie Mouw; his grandson Daniel Sartwell; his sister Norma Muilenburg; and his brother-in-law Dean Franke.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen Mouw; his daughters, Meagan Weese (Donald) of Papillion, NE and Lauren Sartwell (Michael) of San Diego, CA; his grandsons, Matthew and Benjamin Sartwell; his siblings, John Mouw (Judy) of Davenport, IA, Janet Franke, Phyllis Peterson (Collyn) of Overland Park, KS and Bob Mouw (Shirley) of Alton, IA; and his brother-in-law Bill Muilenburg (Shirley) of Orange City, IA.
