With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Erin Herrera-Sheehan of Elk Point, South Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Erin left this world on August 5, 2024 at the age of 43, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Erin departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Erin may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Erin leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her mother Susie Munoz; and her son Jace Terrault (Scott). She is survived by: her husband Matthew Sheehan; her children, Gabriel and Elizabeth; her stepdaughter Peyton; her siblings, Raquel Oatman (Mark), Roshelle Choate (Jay) and Melinda McGlasson (Dallas); and her stepfather Ricardo Munoz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition, she did lots of meaningful work for the Watchful Eye Foundation her mother founded.
