He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Sullivan and Gladys Sullivan; and his brother Phillip. He is survived by: his daughters, April Fetterman (Tony) and Leaha Westin (Berti); his siblings, Janet and David (Ruth); and his sister-in-law Connie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
