He is survived by: his wife Rose Smith Lenz; his children, Roberta McCarty (Larry), Tom Veatch (Trish), Stephanie Veatch (Bill Sharbono) and Kristi DeWitt (Patrick); his grandchildren, Tyler, Katy, Courtney, Travis McCarty, Zach Veatch, Andrew, Taryn Sharbono and Athena DeWitt; his siblings, John Veatch and Lynette Oliphant; and his close friend Sharon. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
