It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Homer J. Johnson of Egan, South Dakota, born in Flandreau, South Dakota, who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer P. Johnson and Dollie Johnson (Hurley); his spouse Shirley Thompson; and his brothers, Donald and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Jerome of Howard, SD, David (Melodee), Janet Sternhagen (John) and Raymond; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alyssa (Ben) and Amy (Tim); his great grandchildren, Chace, Levi, Brynley and Lauryn; and his siblings, JoAnn Hotchkin of Colton, SD, Marlys Olson of Trent, SD and Marvin Johnson (Mary).
