He is survived by: his son Jerry Hamaker Jr.; his grandsons, Logan and Weston; his siblings, Linda Olmstead, Mary Hattervig (Mike), LuJean Haskvitz (Don) and Bob Hamaker (Rosie); and his brother-in-law Gary Cummings. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
