She was predeceased by: her parents, August Soldatke and Clara Soldatke (Dargatz); her husband Leonard; her great grandchild Paxton; and her siblings, Paul, Monica, Melvin, Joe, John, Delores and Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Gruby (Christina) of Leonardtown, MD, Barbara Michlitsch (Harvey) of Spearfish, SD, Carol Brausen (John) of Shakopee, MN, Joyce Almazan (Manuel) of Eagan, MN, Don Gruby (Phyllis) of Maple Grove, MN and Len Gruby (Michelle) of Andover, MN.; her grandchildren, Nichole LaPado (Kris), Tanya Shafer (Jeff), Kyle Kellner (Stephanie), Jena Gruby, Courtney Henry (James) and Brooke Gruby; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Hadley, Alex, Owen, Camden, Thomas and Lilly of Virginia.
