He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Schlekewy and Cecelia Schlekewy (Gangle); his brothers, Donald, LaVerne (Bobbie), Kenny, Gerald and Richard Schlekewy; and his brother-in-law Conrad Agnone.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Cleveland; his children, Dawn Marian and David Schlekewy (Dawnyel); his granddaughter Samara; his siblings, Orion Schlekewy (Virginia), Gene Schlekewy (Norma), Elaine Angone, Ronald Schlekewy (Marge), James Schlekewy (Marilyn) and Wayne Schlekewy (JoAnne); and his sisters-in-law, Ginny Schlekewy and Lauri Schlekewy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
