He was predeceased by: his uncles, Mardell Noisy Hawk, Terry Noisy Hawk and John Howard; his niece Niylah Condon; and his grandparents, Wesley High Elk, Verne Howard, Jaunita Logg, Gene Howard Sr., Jean Takes The Gun and Jason Eagle Chasing.
He is survived by: his parents, Celby L. Noisy Hawk Jr. and Linda Howard; his siblings, Talia, Gene and Tyra Noisy Hawk; his aunt Joy Howard; his close friend Caleb High Bear; his wife Megan Morrison; his children, Zuko James and Azula Mae Noisy Hawk; and his grandparents, Selby Noisy Hawk Sr., Irma Takes The Gun, Rose Yellow (Bill), Diane Pretty Weasel (Donovan), Byron Red Bird (Carol), Steve Scares (Candace) and Marjorie Scares. He is also survived by his nieces and one nephew, and older and younger cousins.
