She is survived by: her children, John Kost of Eagle Butte, SD, Renee Sutton (Bill) of Burke, SD and Melissa Maher (Doug) of Eagle Butte, SD.; her grandchildren, Dee Haugen (Tyler) of Sturgis, SD, Lacy Maher of Eagle Butte, SD, Billie Sutton (Kelsea) of Burke, SD, Rehme Thompson (Tayler) of Stephenville, TX and Dane Maher (Sydney) of Eagle Butte, SD.; her great grandchildren, Landry, Arina, Blaisely Haugen, CeCe Lou Cowan, Liam Sutton, Maris, Maysa Thompson, Waylon and Vince Maher; her sisters, Lois Bennett (Texas James) and Paula Veit (Dan) of Bismarck, ND.; and her nieces and nephews, Butch Kost (Renee) of Amarillo, TX, Steve Kost of Pierre, SD, James Lee Bennett (Charlotte) of Fritch, TX, Colby Bennett (Jessy) of Fritch, TX, Matt Veit (Kendra) of Malta, MT., Judy Albl (Martin) of Aberdeen, SD, Cheryl Hamilton (Brett) of Palm Desert, CA, Gaye Newlun (David) of Palm Desert, CA, RaeLynn Snidal and Penny Hetletved (Lee) of Bismarck, ND.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and now great- grandchildren.
Betty had pretty much been denying that she had Parkinson's for the past 15 years.
