He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rankin and Lydia Rankin (Thrower). He is survived by: his great grandchild Tinsley; his significant other Linda Berndt; his children, Chuck Jr. and Krista McCown; his stepson Will Anders (Christine Womack); his grandchildren, Lacy Aravell, Baylie Rankin, Carter Rankin, Bailey Anders and Riggin Anders; and his great grandchildren, Elleigh and Malanee.
