It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Zolnowsky of Draper, South Dakota, born in Virginia, Minnesota, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Kenneth Sletto and Hilda Katherine Johnson Sletto. She is survived by: her sister Doris Hulce (Doug) of Logan, NM; her husband David Zolnowsky of Draper, SD; her children, Michael Zolnowsky of Madison, SD, Jeffrey Zolnowsky (Renae) of Marion, IA, Wendy Caveny (Aaron) of Pierre, SD and Megan Hamer (Bryan) of Black Hawk, SD; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Zolnowsky, Alexander Zolnowsky (Trisha), Andrew Zolnowsky, Julianna Zolnowsky, Evelynn Caveny, William Caveny, George Hamer, Lucy Hamer and Heidi Hamer. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
An open memorial service will be scheduled at a later date when temperatures warm and Covid-19 restrictions are abated.
