With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Todd Hofer of Doland, South Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Todd left this world on March 21, 2025 at the age of 63, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul P. Hofer and Ruth Hofer (Glanzer); and his brother Roger. He is survived by: his wife Jolyn Whitley of Doland; his children, Tommy Whitley (Michaela Schulte) of Watertown, SD and Fancy Hamm (David) of Fairbanks, AK.; his grandchildren, Remmy, Wyatt, Piper, Ember, Sophie, Thomas, Ella-Rose and Avery; and his sisters, Mary Ann Wylie of Doland and Pam Hofer (Delwin) of Carpenter, SD. He is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Doland - Emmanuel Mennonite Church (18507 405th Ave, Doland, SD 57436). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at the After the Funeral Service.
