He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilmer Holm and Olga Holm; his wife Joanne Terveen; his son Ricky; his parents-in-law, Harvey and Louise Terveen; his brothers-in-law, Danial Zelmer, Sam Stahl, Dennis Terveen and Bob Terveen; and his nephew Craig Stahl.

He is survived by: his son Todd; his daughter-in-law Shannon Holm; his grandchildren, Skylar, Taryn and Ryker; his sisters, Connie Zelmerand and Betty Stahl; and his siblings-in-law, Lavonne Hall and Jim Terveen (Sandra). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and a whole network of friends.
