He was predeceased by: his grandson Joseph Coad; his parents, Melvin Coad and Ione Coad; and his sisters, Marjean Harold and Viola Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Coad; his brother Lynn Coad (Renee); his children, Mark Coad (Sheila), Amy Conrad (Ron), Steven Coad (Amy) and Jennifer Amundson (Jeremy); and his grandchildren, Mason Coad (Maggie), Seth Conrad, Lucas Conrad, Anna Coad, Nicholas Coad, Christopher Coad, Benjamin Coad and Johnathan Coad.
