He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Leonard Fjellanger and Jeanette Fjellanger (Stykel); his brothers, Clarence, Gordon and Jon; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn Braken and Nancy Fjellanger.

He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Fjellanger (Terri) of Dell Rapids, Carol Braken of Santa Ana, CA, Judy Baden (Larry) of Sioux Falls and Phyllis Smith (David) of Jasper, MN. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
