He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Erickson and Louie Erickson; his spouse Gale Handwerk; and his siblings, Gloria Stanley and Don Erickson.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Erickson of Dell Rapids, Olynn Erickson of Davis, Wayde Handwerk of Sioux Falls and Pamela Kramer (Rodney) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Haley, Brandon, Micah Erickson and Rachel Tammen (Jerry); his great grandchildren, Keira, Addie and Parker Tammen; and his siblings, Joan Thiel, Joyce Moss, Glenda Wika (Tom), Jake Erickson (Eileen), Bill Erickson (Deb) and Larry Erickson (Lisa).
