It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin J. Kuper (Dell Rapids, South Dakota), who passed away on June 19, 2019, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lowell Kuper; and his uncles, Hank Bunkers, Lee Bunkers and Troy Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Turner; his children, Brittany (Cody) and Kollin; his mother Bette; and his siblings, Lynne, Tami Clark (Steve), Steve (Lola), Dan (Jane), Jim (Jill), Jeff (Ann) and Rod (Kim).
