He is survived by: his wife Sharon Thompson; his siblings, Arlyce, Gloria and Ronald; his children, Ronald Hegge of Dell Rapids, Randall Hegge (Janet) of Sioux Falls, Paul Thompson of Sherman, Angela Winkelmann of Tempe, AZ, Shelley Heinemann (Larry) of Dell Rapids and Tracey Marple (Fred) of Peoria, AZ; his grandchildren, Sherry Hegge of Dell Rapids, Jessica Hegge of Dell Rapids, Adam Hegge of Missoula, MT, Tiffany Fritsch (Erik) of Slayton, MN, Deitrich Thompson of Philadelphia, PA, Andra Bower (Sean), Spencer Thompson (Jennifer) of Sioux Falls, Christina Hegge of Mesa, AZ, Alisha Loza (Omero) of Tempe, AZ, Kaylin Dailey (Steve) of Casa Grande, AZ, Christopher Heinemann of Kimball, Johnathan Heinemann (Kallie) of Dell Rapids, Cody Primm of Wickenburg, AZ and Ryder Marple of Fort Morre, GA; his daughter-in-law Joan Hegge; and his great grandchildren, Victoria, Ice, Neffi, Silas, Layla, Khloe, Wyatt, Berkeley, Everly, Haylee and Shayden.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Reformed Church of Dell Rapids (701 Orleans Ave, Dell Rapids, SD 57022).
