He was predeceased by: his sons, Marvin and Scott Luke; his mother Mary Luke; and his siblings, Don, Bill Luke, Marlene Weber and Margaret Schrader.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Berthelsen; his children, Jeff Luke (Brenda) and Laurie Schultz (Ken) of Dell Rapids; his daughter-in-law Sherri Dobesh (Clint) of Centerton, AR; his siblings, John Luke of Marion, Jerome Luke of Mott, ND, Ray Luke of Sioux Falls, Mike Luke of Hartford, Paul Luke of Marion, Mary Kelch of Clarion, Donna Mae Miller of Mott, ND, Bernice Kreis of Ashland, Neb, Christine Sarnowski of Blair, Neb and Verionica Narsavage of Moscow, PA; and his grandchildren, Ashley Kroon (James) of Sioux Falls, Kelsey Nelsen (Dylan) of Dell Rapids, Breona Hinricher (Sam) of Fargo, ND, Michael Luke of Sioux Falls, Mallery Luke of Phoenix, AZ, Karley Luke of Centerton, Chad Sneve of Hudson, Dayton Sneve of Dell Rapids and Tank of Dell Rapids. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
