She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Peper and Wilma Peper (Bothern); and her brother Dean Peper. She is survived by: her former husband Mike Rice; her children, Kevin of Missouri, Karla Heyduk (Dan) of White River, Duane Rice (Tamra) of Flandreau and David Rice (Lisa) of Dell Rapids; her grandchildren, Tyne, Shadow, Kaitlin, Dylan, Alison, Emil, Cara, Logan, Desmond and Emily; her great grandchildren, Jessalyn, Razzyel, Bree, Lachlan, Grace, Harper and Hadley; and her siblings, Jim Peper, Dar Mulder and Bev Taylor (Wayne). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred.
