It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Brende (Dell Rapids, South Dakota), born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on December 21, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Duane "Duke"; and his brother-in-law Virgil. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Gill; his wife Pat of Dell Rapids; his children, Scot (Michelle Wyffels) of Portland, OR, Sherri Brende of Iowa City, IA and Steve Brende of Clear Lake; his grandchildren, Quinn, Paul, James and Nash; his parents-in-law, Jack Gill of Sioux Falls, Rosemary Gill of Mesa, AZ, Theresa Van Holland of Dell Rapids, Janice Van Holland (Verlyn) of Dell Rapids and Patti Brende of Dell Rapids; and his godchildren, Renae Luitjens and Ross Brende.
