It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Dressen of Dell Rapids, South Dakota, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dressen and Gertrude Dressen (Dubbelde); his wife Dona Stone; and his brothers, Gene Dressen, Leonard Dressen and Richard Dressen.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Dressen (Wendy) of Sioux Falls, SD, Ken Dressen (Mary) of Baraboo, WI, Tim Dressen (Darla) of Brandon, SD and Julie Huntimer (Paul) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Cristen White, Matt Dressen, Zach Dressen, Erin Lenning, Jason Dressen, Jenny Jones, Amber Grenz, Lindsay Schleicher, Katie Rodne, Mandy Hahn of Omaha, NE, Melissa Polito of Gretna, NE, Marcy Kezar of Gretna, NE and Mallory Larsen of Fremont, NE; and his siblings, Armella George of Sioux Falls, Lyle Dressen (Carol) of Sioux Falls and John Dressen (Jane) of Dell Rapids. He is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
