He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Overby; his wife Candy Strube of Dell Rapids; his children, Jennifer Voss of Sioux Falls, Douglas Thomas (Sarah) of Sioux Falls, James Thomas of Sioux Falls, Billy Thomas of Sioux Falls and Charles "Tom" Thomas (Lee) of Sioux Falls; and his sister Irene Konshak of Milbank. He is also survived by his four brothers-in-law, his four sisters-in-law and his many friends and extended family.
