He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Olsen and JoAnne Olsen (Marshall); his significant other Paul Trudeau; and his aunts and uncles, Carl, Ed, Darrel Olsen, Carole Wolken (Olsen), Darlene Olsen and Sally Talley (Marshall).
He is survived by: his brother Tim Olsen (Hope Foster) of Sheridan, Wyoming; his niece Tressie Olsen (Peter Livadas); his great-niece Joanne Livadas of Austin, TX; and his aunts, Audy Grubl (Paul) of Lancaster, CA, Judy Kieffer of Lancaster, CA, Barbara Olsen of Lancaster, CA, Patty Olsen of Bishop, CA and Becky Carson (Larry) of Eaton, CO.
