We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2022, at the age of 95, Louise Maynard of Deadwood, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Maynard; her daughter Linda; and her siblings, Les, Lloyd, Will Bowman and Charlotte Olson (Bowman).
She is survived by: her sons, Marvin Maynard (Kathy), Marlin Maynard (Sarah), Melvin Maynard (Deb), Mike Maynard (Char) and Mark Maynard (Lisa); and her brother Joe Bowman (Mitae). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life for Louise will be held on Thursday, July 7th, 2022, at VFW Post 5969 in Deadwood, from 2 to 4 p. m., in combination with the pandemic postponed Celebration of Life for her daughter, Linda Maynard, who died February 8, 2020.
