It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Hansen of Deadwood, South Dakota, born in Spearfish, South Dakota, who passed away on January 28, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Hansen and Hazel Hansen; his wife Anita Lee Marta; his sons, Christopher, Marcus, Marc and Chris; his daughter-in-law Kelly; his grandsons, Jake (Katy) and Nick; his siblings, Dale (Judy) and Sharon (Martin); his brother-in-law Dean; and his sister Marlene. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a Memorial for Don has been set for The Little Dane Church and Grace Lutheran Church.
