He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Forrest and Leona Cromwell; his stepfather Lawrence Cromwell; and his sister Kelly Cromwell. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Forrest (Candace Rowe), Amber Red Fox (Adam Thompson), Brittany Forrest, Sarah King (Clayton) and Kayla Meyer (Tyler McCabe); his grandchildren, Morgan, Faith, Ryder, Mya, Jaden, Chase, Allie, Robin, Ryan, Cayson, Gianna, Temperance and Brooke; and his siblings, Linda Haukaas (Fred) of Vail, AZ, Kathy DeVries (Mike), Randy Forrest (Sandy) of Pahrump, NV and Billie Batman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
