He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wade (Herb) and Mary Wade (Myers); and his brother Blair. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Jean Bouska (Marvin) and Mary Wienbar (Brad) of Iroquois; his grandchildren, Mathew Wienbar of Beresford, Wesley Bouska (Kristen) of La Crosse, Anne Schaefer (Kevin) of Colman and Leah Wienbar of Madison; his great grandchildren, Raine, Ash Wienbar, Brielle, Barrett, Blaire Schaefer, Roy, Frank and George Bouska; and his siblings-in-law, Merlyn Gilbertson, Carole and Delda Gilbertson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
