He is survived by: his grandchildren, William Virchow, Larry Lundquist, Merlyn Gilbertson, Wayne Wolkow, Frank Virchow, Willie Rydbom, Randy Jensen and Dean Steever; his former spouse Erwin Arrow Eunice Carlson (Johannesen); his grandchildren, RJ, Lily, Brad (Lauren), Teshia, Brandon (Shayna), Tayla (Matt), Riley, Colten, Will (Simone), Rob, Charles (Alice), Laurel, Lee, Casey (Davies), Kelly, Ben and Mollie; his children, Paula McGinnis (Michael) of Vienna, VA, John Doyle (Berta) and Desa Rae Cleveland (Rob) of De Smet; his close friend Marlene Schmidt of De Smet, SD; his brother-in-law Randy Jensen (Val) of Watertown, SD; his pets, Bandit and Maverick; and also, Donna Engelmann (Tad) of Miller, SD and Duane Schmidt (Kristie) of Willow Lake, SD. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
