With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Della M Wendel of De Smet, South Dakota, who passed away on January 2, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Williams and Alma Williams (Schubert); her husband Louie; her son Loren; her granddaughter Angela Wendel; and her brother Dale Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Darwin Wendel (Joyce) of Faribault, MN and Marcia Richards (Lyle) of De Smet, SD; her daughter-in-law Nina Wendel (Loren) of Fairbault, MN; her son Glen Wendel of De Smet, SD; her brother Delver Williams (Sharon); and her sister-in-law LaVonne Williams. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
