She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Jibben and Marie Jibben (Marks); her husband James Penney; her son-in-law Brian Brandmeyer; her granddaughter Brooke Muhlenkort; and her siblings, Kenneth Jibben, Mavis Kuper, Arlene Knock, Phyllis Meyer, Marlys Johnson and Loretta Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Audrey, James, Ron Penney (Jeanne) of De Smet, SD, Jeff Penney (Diana) of Rapid City, SD and MaryAnn Brandmeyer of Germantown, IL; her grandchildren, Veronica Layman (Greg), Cassey Penney, Jesse Penney (Robyn), Mikaela Brandmeyer (Jake Bickline), Scott Brandmeyer (Teresa), Bradley Penney and Krystl Penney (Joe Brannan); and her siblings, Leland Jibben (Janice), Orlin Jibben (Carol), Wendel Jibben, Eunice Hesby, Shirley Cooper (Jim), Sharon Jibben, Palma Stombaugh (Wayne), Nola Notaro (Dennis) and Myrna Heilman (Gene). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
