She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Puckett and Mary Puckett (Alley); and her husband John Bensley. She is survived by: her children, Susan Rumbolz (Toby), Jeffery Chickelero, Kimberly Moosios (Frank), Brandy Ruchupani, Mary Ellen Sappie (Jeff) and April Phelps; her stepchildren, John, Linda and Marsha Bensley; and her siblings, Ellen Huddelston and Lennie Puckett. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren.
