She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Melius and Julia Melius (Arnedsee); her husband Siegfried William Swanhorst; her children, Brenda Bruns (Lee), Judy Gabler (Greg), Daryl Swanhorst, Jane Swanhorst (Tracy Ringolsby), Renee Swanhorst (Marv Olson), Marsha Swanhorst (Rick Robertson), Mary Zimmerman, Bennett and Camille Tuscherer (Darwin); and her siblings-in-law, David Swanhorst (Hedi), Bob Swanhorst (Trish), Donna Swanhorst and Karen Swanhorst. She was also cherished by twenty-two grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, six step grandchildren, ten step great-grandchildren and three step great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the current Pandemic status, the Celebration of Life event will be held at a later date.
