He is survived by: his daughter Heather Nelson (Dan) of Dakota Dunes, SD; his grandchildren, Geoffrey Nelson, Alexzandra Nelson and Samantha Nelson; and his siblings, Penny Alexander (Larry), Connie Richardson (Terry), Rita Peterson (Ron), Dale Bender, Vicki Bender and Dwight "Bud" Bender. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
