He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence B. Mayer and Margaret V. Mayer (Black); his sister Judith; and his pet Booker. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Parks; his children, Scott Mayer (Kae) of Farmington, MN, Kim Curry (Jim) of Tea, SD and Kelly Sheveland of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, David, Kyle, McKenna, Riley, Sam, Kaci and Maggie; his siblings, Mike Mayer of Illinois City, IL, Marilyn Mayer (Mike) of Sioux City and Cheryl White (Les) of St Mary's Georgia; and his daughter Sara Puttmann of Clear.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, masks and social distancing is required.
