It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Shideler of Dakota Dunes, South Dakota, born in Long Beach, California, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Justin Shideler; his grandmother Betty Miller; and also, Jerry and Laraine Kingston. He is survived by: his former wife Jill Edwardson; his girlfriend Jolynn Meier of Sioux City, Iowa; his children, Jason Shideler (Brianna) of Spencer, Iowa and Carly Shideler of Sioux City, Iowa; his grandchildren, Averie and Asher Shideler of Spencer, Iowa; his children, Carter Shideler-Clay of Sioux City, Iowa and Harper Shideler of Sioux City, Iowa; his stepfather Giles Norlin of Marathon, Iowa; his sister Teresa Hale of Marathon, Iowa; and also, Riley Sawyer (Mark) of Dakota Dunes and Kylee Meier (Cole Hames) of Dakota Dunes.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established a memorial in his memory.
