It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Leon Nugent (Dakota Dunes, South Dakota), who passed away on July 6, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVonne Nugent and Earl Nugent. He is survived by: his wife JoEllen; his children, Tawn (Jess Groce) and Tate (Briana Terry); his granddaughter Lily Terry; and his siblings, Raymond (Maddie), Barb and Karen (Gus). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
