He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Rowe and Betty Rowe (Tone); and his brother Richard Rowe. He is survived by: his daughters, Kara Rowe and Alisha Rowe; and his siblings, Raymond Rowe (Kathy) and Lorraine Kohl (Lynn).
