He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Max Harris and Sophie Harris (Strand); his children, Brenda and Timothy; his siblings, Donald Sanford (Kathy), Robert (Jean) and Cindy (John); his wife Rosanna of Custer, SD; his sons, Fred (Vicky) of Seattle, WA, Lee of Seattle, WA and William Jr. of Seattle, WA; and his grandsons, Walter and Marvin.
