He was predeceased by: his parents, William H Kincade and Myrtle Kincade; and his children, Randy and Deon. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Kincade; his children, Nate Kincade, Eric Formanek, Tracy McIntyre, Brandy Meyers and Deanna LaVelle; and his half-sister MaryAnn Hall. He is also survived by 12 grand children and 1 great grandson.
