It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth V. Swedlund of Custer, South Dakota, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Raymond; her parents, Albert Ofstedal and Mabel Ofstedal; her husband Lyle; her daughter-in-law Anita Swedlund; and also Dave Sebade.

She is survived by: her children, Marion, Sylvia, Raymond, Ruth, Lowell (Swede), Duane, Brad and Marla Sebade (Larry Chilstrom). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
