It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell D. Dean of Custer, South Dakota, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Madge Burleson and John Dean; and his siblings, Walter Dean and Mariel Biggs. He is survived by: his spouse Adelene Oien; and his nephews, John, Don and Michael Dean.
